Who we are

Crea8Hub is a digital marketing and growth agency based in Lagos, Nigeria. This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.crea8hub.com and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What this website collects

Very little. This website:

• has no accounts, sign-ups or log-ins;
• has no forms that send your details to us or anyone else;
• does not use advertising or analytics tracking, tracking cookies or pixels;
• loads its fonts and images from our own site, not from third-party services.

Our site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub may record technical information such as your IP address when you visit, to keep its service secure. GitHub handles this under the GitHub Privacy Statement. We do not receive or use these records.

Our free tools

Our free tools (the ad budget calculator, brand health check, campaign calendar, ARCON approval guide, social media image resizer and content plan generator) run entirely in your browser.

• What you type into a tool is not sent to us or stored on our servers.
• Some tools save your answers in your browser's local storage so they are still there when you come back. This stays on your device. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for crea8hub.com, or by using a tool's reset button.
• Images you resize are processed on your device and are never uploaded.

When you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp, email us or call us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, business details and what you need help with.

We use this only to reply to you, prepare proposals and deliver the work you ask us for. We keep it for as long as we are discussing or working on a project with you, and afterwards only as long as we need to for our records, tax or legal reasons.

WhatsApp is run by Meta, and messages you send through it are also handled under WhatsApp's privacy policy.

Client information

When we work with a client, we may handle information about the client's business, customers or campaigns. We use it only to deliver the agreed work, keep it confidential and handle it under our agreement with that client.

Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it when we need to deliver a service you asked for (for example with a printer, media platform or freelancer working on your project, who must keep it confidential), or when the law requires us to.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your information when we no longer need it;
• stop using your information, or stop contacting you;
• withdraw any consent you have given.

To make a request, email info@crea8hub.com. We will reply as soon as we can. If you are not happy with how we handle your information, you can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Keeping information safe

We limit who can see personal information to the people who need it to do their work, and we use secure, password-protected accounts for email and files.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
