What your score means
- Each answer scores 0 to 3 points. The strongest practice gets 3, and "no" or "not sure" gets 0.
- Each area has three questions, so it can score up to 9 points. We show it as a score out of 100.
- Your overall score is your total points out of 45, shown out of 100. All five areas count equally.
- Your top three priorities are the answers with the most room to improve. Basics count for more, such as your positioning, Google Business Profile and replying to reviews, because they affect everything else.
Important basics are missing. Customers may struggle to find or trust you.
Some good foundations, with clear gaps that are costing you enquiries.

Strong across the board. Keep it consistent and test new ideas.
Brand health check FAQs
Is the check really free?
Yes. There's no sign-up, and we don't ask for your email or phone number. If you want to talk through your results, you can message us on WhatsApp, but you don't have to.
What happens to my answers?
Your answers are worked out in your browser and aren't sent to us. Your last result is saved on your own device so you can come back to it. Clearing your browser data removes it.
How accurate is my score?
It's a self-assessment, so it's only as accurate as your answers. Treat it as a quick guide to where to look first, not a full audit. A proper review would look at your actual pages, ads and numbers.
I'm a small business. Does this apply to me?
Yes. The questions are written for Nigerian SMEs, and most of the fixes cost little or nothing, such as setting up a Google Business Profile, a WhatsApp Business catalogue or a routine for replying to reviews.
How often should I take it?
Every three to six months, or after you make big changes. Fix your top priorities, then take the check again to see what has moved.
