02How it works

A month of content in three steps

The planner does the thinking you'd normally do on a Sunday night: what to post, where, and when.

01

Tell us about your business

Pick your industry, your main goal and the platforms you use. Add the products you want to push and any offer you're running, and we'll work them into the ideas.

02

Get a plan built around key dates

We spread your posts across 30 days, balance useful, fun and sales content, and choose a format that suits each platform. Holidays, shopping days and awareness weeks from our Nigeria campaign calendar are added on the right days, with teasers before the big ones.

03

Edit it, then make it real

Click any post to change it, delete what doesn't fit and add your own. Download the plan as a spreadsheet, add it to your calendar or print it for your team. Before you design, check the right social media image sizes for each platform.

03Tips

Tips for a plan you'll actually stick to

A plan only works if you follow it. These habits make that easier.

01

Batch your content

Set aside one afternoon a week to write captions and shoot photos and videos for the next seven days. It beats hunting for an idea at 9pm, and your posts look more consistent.

02

Turn one video into four posts

Film one 60-second video. Post it as a Reel, take three stills for a carousel, pull one line for a Story and write the main points as a text post. One shoot, a week of content.

03

Keep it 80/20

Make about 80% of your posts useful, interesting or fun, and keep about 20% for selling. People follow you for value. This planner never makes more than 30% of your posts a hard sell.

04

Reply within 24 hours

Comments and DMs are where interest turns into sales. Reply within a day, and use a WhatsApp chat link in your bio and captions so people can reach you in one tap.

05

Review your insights weekly

Every Friday, check which three posts got the most saves, shares and messages. Do more of what worked next month, and drop the formats nobody engages with.

06

Boost what already works

Put ad money behind posts that are already doing well. Our ad budget calculator shows what your budget can reach, and the ARCON approval guide explains when a paid promotion needs approval.

04Questions

Content plan FAQs

How many posts a week should my business share?

For most small businesses, 3 to 5 good posts a week is a sustainable start. Posting regularly matters more than posting a lot. Start with what you can keep up for three months, then add more once you have a routine.

Which platforms should a Nigerian business be on?

Go where your customers already spend time. For most consumer brands that means Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp Status, with Facebook to reach an older audience. LinkedIn suits business-to-business and professional services, and X works for news, customer service and live conversation. Two platforms done well beat five done badly.

Can I edit the plan?

Yes. Click any post to change its title, caption, format, platform or date, or to delete it. Use "Add a post" on any day to add your own. "Shuffle ideas" gives you a fresh mix, and you can undo it if you preferred the last one.

Does the plan include public holidays and key dates?

Yes. It pulls dates from our Nigeria Campaign Calendar, including public holidays, religious festivals, shopping days such as Black Friday, awareness weeks and elections. Dates that depend on moon sighting, such as Ramadan and Sallah, are marked as estimated. Election days get a neutral, civic message only.

Can I use it every month?

Yes. Change the start date and generate a new plan. The ideas are mixed differently each time, and the key dates update for the new month. Our calendar currently covers dates up to December 2027.

Is it free, and is my data stored?

It's free, with no sign-up. Everything runs in your browser. Your answers and your last plan are saved in this browser only, so you can come back to them. We don't receive or store anything you type.

Please note: key dates come from our Nigeria Campaign Calendar, checked in October 2026. Dates marked "estimated" depend on moon sighting or an official announcement, so confirm them nearer the time. The ideas are starting points: check facts, prices and claims before you post, and get consent before you share a customer's photo or story.
